Tech Support Lead - IQGeo/TelecomsOur client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced Tech Support Lead to provide technical ownership and team leadership for IQGeo platform deployments in telecom and utility projects. This is a 6-month contract role with a high likelihood of extension.RoleServe as the go-to expert for the IQGeo platform, including configuration (layers, rules), data models, and integrationsGuide and mentor engineers on design, fielding, and software best practices (IQGeo, Katapult)Perform QA/QC on designs (poles, spans, drops), ensuring adherence to client standards and utility regulations, and maintain correction logsAct as the technical bridge between fielding teams, Back End engineers, project managers, clients, and IQGeo developersTroubleshoot complex engineering, logic, and data issues, escalating as neededReview and validate OSP designs, manage scope changes, and ensure efficient project deliveryMaintain design documentation, QC checklists, and change logsMust Have - Skills andamp; ExperienceDeep understanding of GIS, especially IQGeo and related tools (Katapult)Experience in telecom or utility OSP (Outside Plant) design and engineeringStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of network modernization and high-speed communications technologiesExperience ensuring geospatial data accuracy for planning, construction, and operationsExperience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and preventing recurr
