We are recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive Early Years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified childcare professional with experience working with children under five who is looking for a stable, permanent role with flexible working options and strong staff benefits.

The role offers a salary of up to -27,000, with the choice of working 40 hours across 5 days or 37 hours across 4 days. Staff can also benefit from up to 35 days'' holiday, alongside the opportunity to develop their Early Years career within a welcoming nursery environment.

You will be:

• Providing high-quality care and education for children under five

• Supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing through engaging play-based experiences

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment

• Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and their families

• Completing observations and contributing to assessments of children''s progress

• Supporting children''s individual needs and encouraging their confidence and independence

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and professional practice

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality Early Years provision

• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children under five. You will have a good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, together with a genuine passion for supporting young children. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills are essential.
