SEN Classroom SupportProspero Teaching is looking to place SEN Classroom Support Staff to work within a fantastic Independent SEN School supporting children and young people aged 5-19 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and associated difficulties. Whilst challenging, this work is immensely rewarding, and all staff are supported in their professional development. We are seeking to appoint caring, resilient, and reliable individuals to join an experienced and supportive team. The successful candidate will support pupils with their learning activities, help promote positive behaviour, encourage independence, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. This may involve supporting students both in and outside the classroom, assisting with emotional regulation, and helping pupils to engage positively with their education.
