XCL Group are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy office in Huddersfield. This is a part-time position that is offering 8 - 10 hours per week and could be worked in one day or across 2 days. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on accuracy and has an efficient work ethos. Job Responsibilities Recording the hours for temporary workers and submitting a payroll report. Updating systems and records with absences and holidays. Raising and sending out invoices and updating sales ledgers on a weekly basis. Basic credit control and answering any payroll / invoicing queries. Send regular statements when necessary. Correlating new starter information and reviewing compliance documentation. Regular mail merges with clients and candidates. Job Requirements Past experience dealing with Payroll / Administration would be required. Excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel. Full training on our CRM system will be given. Must have a keen eye for detail as accuracy is key to this role. Confident Liaising with customers over the phone. Working Hours: Tuesday 9am 5:30pm (8 hours) OR Tuesday 9:30am 3pm and Wednesday 9:30am 3pm (10 hours) This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part time role that could fit around school hours and would be a long-term role.
