We have a fantastic opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a well-regarded residential children''s home in Herne bay.You''ll be joining an organisation that places great value on both the children in their care and the wellbeing of their staff. Their focus is on providing a safe, supportive, and homely environment where young people can grow and thrive.Responsibilities:Provide consistent overnight care and support for children with learning disabilities.Maintain accurate records and reports in line with organisational policies.Follow safeguarding, fire, and health and safety procedures at all times.Participate in mandatory training and continuous professional development.Attend supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.Requirements:Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting is desirable but not essential.A caring, resilient, and proactive approach to support work.Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or already hold it).Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.Benefits:Competitive salary.Structured training and development opportunities.Supportive and inclu
