The role is fully accountable for compliance, governance and policy development for a Group with 7 entities in the professional services sector. Essentially, the successful candidate will have experience of managing compliance in a legal, accountancy or financial services environment. This is a hands on role working closely with the Executive and SLT acting as a trusted advisor on matters including GDPR, AML, risk management and associated training. It offers the opportunity of influence strategically and to shape the compliance culture across the Group. Hours: Part-Time or Full Time (Min 25-30 hrs per week). Conduct regular reviews and audits of compliance processes and ensure alignment with current regulations eg GDPR/AML/UK MAR Draft and update compliance policies in collaboration with operational leads.
