Contract Manager Salary: 65,000 - 70,000Location: Central London We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to take full ownership of a large, complex commercial estate, leading a multidisciplinary engineering team and managing a high-value hard services contract. This is a senior, client-facing role with full responsibility for safety, compliance, performance, and financial delivery.You will lead a team of approximately 17 direct reports, including a Supervisor and Contract Support, ensuring the estate is operated safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively.
