This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support a child s development during their crucial early years. About the Role: Provide individualised 1:1 support to a Reception-aged child with autism, helping them access learning and daily routines. Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement and adapt individual education plans (IEPs). Use a range of strategies including visual supports and sensory tools to support engagement, communication, and regulation. Encourage confidence, independence, and social interaction in the classroom and throughout the school day. Track and record the child s progress, offering insights to the wider team and contributing to ongoing support planning.
