Key Experience Required: Proficiency administering Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. Certification is highly desirable Experience with network issues and analysis, particularly with: Cisco Meraki, Zyxel, TP-Link products Certification or familiarisation with these products is highly desirable Excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
