Quantity Surveyor ELVS Package City of London Location: City of London Salary: £65,000 £75,000 DOE + £5,000 car allowance + BUPA healthcare Contract: Permanent (36-month contract also considered) The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ELVS Package on behalf of a leading building services contractor, working across two flagship projects in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for two major Electronic Life Safety and Security (ELVS) packages, covering Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Security, Converged Network Systems (CNS), Smart Technologies and Master System Integrator (MSI). You will play a key role in ensuring robust cost control, accurate financial forecasting and effective contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to drive commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Take full commercial ownership of two major ELVS packages, maintaining accurate commercial records, cost-value reconciliations (CVRs), forecasts, variations, interim valuations and final accounts. Prepare and submit applications for payment, including detailed cost breakdowns by work package and discipline.
