This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HGV parts experience who enjoys working closely with technicians, suppliers and the wider workshop team.You''ll play an important role in ensuring technicians have the correct parts available when required, while maintaining accurate stock records and efficient parts processes.The RoleYour responsibilities will include: Sourcing and quoting HGV partsLiaising with technicians to identify the correct parts requiredContacting suppliers to source parts and obtain competitive pricingProcessing parts enquiries and purchase ordersCarrying out regular stock checksMonitoring stock levels and ordering parts and consumables when requiredLogging incoming stock against active jobs and purchase ordersManaging parts returns efficientlyChecking agreed costs and ensuring accurate parts administrationMaintaining accurate stock and inventory recordsWorking closely with technicians to minimise vehicle downtimeSupporting other areas of the business when requiredMaintaining a clean, organised and efficient parts department About YouWe''re looking for ..... full job details .....
