The position is based in Southampton but offers mostly remote working with occasional site visits.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Configuration and Data Management (CDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, AS, MoD JSPs).Provide guidance to support an integrated digital engineering environment and PLM adoption.Resolve technical, project, and programme conflicts related to CDM and PLM requirements and processes.Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.Develop training materials, such as work instructions, guides, and presentation packs/videos to demonstrate PLM capabilities.Train end-users and support engineers in PLM (Teamcenter Unified) functionalities and best practices.Job Requirements:Strong administration skills with an attention to detail and a logical mind-set.Good understanding of Configuration Management in accordance with DEF STAN 05-57 and JSP945, EAI649C.Understanding of PLM principles and best practices, with experience in Teamcenter Unified preferred.Experience developing user guides and delivering user training on a PLM system, ideally
