Your duties will include: Managing new enquiries and responding promptly and professionallyLiaising with clients, solicitors, and other partiesOpening, maintaining, and closing client files in line with firm and SRA standardsDrafting letters and preparing basic legal documentsCompleting and submitting court forms and applicationsPreparing bundles and e-bundles for Court, and attending court sessions as neededConducting research, sorting, indexing, and preparing chronologies of medical notesMonitoring deadlines and maintaining fee earners'' calendarsSupporting billing and finance processesReception and post/banking cover The CandidateWe are seeking someone who is: Experienced in legal administration or secretarial workHighly organised, proactive, and able to work independentlyConfident and professional when dealing with clients and external partiesComfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environme
