What will you be doing?Head of Actuarial ReportingLocation: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Dorking (occasional need for 4) with flexibility to travel to London as needed.Unum UK is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead our actuarial reporting function and help shape the future of our business.This is a high-impact role, responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, and for driving capital forecasting and dividend planning. You will act as a key voice in senior forums, regularly presenting to Board, Audit and Risk committees, and working closely with our US Financial Reporting team and external auditors.You’ll lead a team of 3–4 direct reports, with broader leadership responsibility across a team of around 10. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can connect multiple workstreams, and brings a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to problem solving and stakeholder engagement.What you will bring
