BDS Recruitment are currently looking for Housing Support Workers to work within Penryn. We are looking for someone to work as a Support Worker, you will empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently, safely and as part of their communities Main duties will include Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence. Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support. Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination. Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies. Hours per week: 22.2 hours on a Rota pattern. Monday - Sunday - 8am to 9pm Contract; Temp ongoing role.
