PPM Engineer - Fire and security Engineer

Location: (M4) Bristol, Gloucester (surrounding region)
Package: £40000, vehicle and company benefits & (OTE £5K-£7k)
Door to door travel paid.

About. My client are a well-known Fire and Security company who design and install a comprehensive range of security systems for both commercial and industrial applications.
Services, Fire Alarms, Access control, CCTV systems, door entry systems, intruder alarms, perimeter security systems, security risk management, remote monitoring, testing and maintenance, and fire detection services.

About the Role
As a Fire & Security Engineer  working as part of the PPM team, you will support the successful delivery of fire and security maintenance and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for achieving your service schedules to the levels expected by the company and communicating with line managers and other stakeholders.

Sites maintained would be predominantly public sector buildings, such as schools, colleges, libraries, etc. However, the area of operation would also cover private education and healthcare sites

Key Responsibilities: Fire And Security Engineer

• An all-round and competent engineer with good knowledge of both Fire and security systems.
• Primarily undertaking Fire Alarm and Intruder Alarm PPM visits.
• Providing, when required, attendance to undertake reactive call outs for both fire, intruder and security systems.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• Experience of fire systems listed: Gent, Advanced Electronics, Apollo
• Experience of security systems listed below is essential: Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom

Desirable:

• Experience of security systems listed below is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided:
• Access Control – NSP, Paxton / CCTV – Hikvision
