Key Duties Provide a wide range of general administrative support to the team. Act as an initial point of contact for customer queries and provide professional and efficient assistance. Respond to customer enquiries appropriately and ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Undertake a range of administrative duties to support effective service delivery. Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel. Organise and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records and information as required. Work effectively as part of a busy team while also being able to undertake duties independently. Perform assigned duties and tasks in accordance with organisational procedures.
