Warehouse Administrator - Full time - Office Based - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Salary - 22-25,000 - Plus company benefits and annual bonus We are seeking an Administrator to join our Logistics team to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our door-to-door export and import operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career, who is organised, detail-oriented and keen to develop. You will receive full training and ongoing support, working closely with experience members of the team to ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience in logistics, shipping or imports/exports would be an advantage but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with administrative skills, good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Key Responsibilities Shipment Coordination: Assist with the administration and coordination of export and import shipments. Support the team in arranging collections and deliveries in a timely manner. Liaise with carriers, service providers and other partners as required, with guidance from team members. Help ensure shipment documentation and labelling requirements are completed correctly. System and Data Accuracy: Accurately enter shipment details, pricing and other relevant information into the system. Keep records and database up to date.
