GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Hailsham. This role is perfect for experienced educators who are keen to inspire young minds and contribute positively to their academic and personal growth.

Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and helping children achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor pupil progress through regular assessment and provide targeted feedback and support.
• Work closely with fellow staff, parents, and support teams to address individual learning needs.
• Encourage a culture of excellence, ambition, and ongoing development.

Candidate Requirements for Primary Teacher:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching within EYFS and across Key Stages.
• Excellent classroom management abilities and clear, effective communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding practices and the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• A detailed CV covering the past 10 years, with all employment gaps clearly explained.
