Description The Energy and Projects team sits within the wider Real Estate and Projects group and handles a wide variety of matters across the sector. Key responsibilities include: Advising on heat networks and Ofgem heat network regulations Advising on ESCO arrangements, energy supply agreements and customer supply agreements with a focus on risk allocation and regulatory compliance Advising on PV and renewable energy projects including leases, licences, concession arrangements, consents and long term asset management matters Advising on energy infrastructure projects including EV charging Supporting broader commercial contract work and PFI or PPP matters Managing matters day to day, drafting clear advice and maintaining client relationships Interacting directly with clients, understanding deadlines and supporting fee earne
