Are you an experienced Housing Officer who enjoys taking ownership of your patch and making a real difference to residents and their communities?

I''m working with a local authority in Kent looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team. It''s a varied role covering the full range of housing management, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, getting out on their patch and seeing issues through to resolution.

• Managing your own housing patch and caseload
• Handling ASB and tenancy management
• Supporting with rent arrears and income recovery
• Managing voids and tenancy-related issues
• Working alongside Police, Environmental Health and Social Services
• Helping improve estates and local communities

• Solid housing management experience
• Good knowledge of housing legislation and ASB
• Confidence managing your own workload and making decisions
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

If you''re an experienced Housing Officer and this sounds like something you''d consider, I''d love to speak with you.
