We are seeking a highly experienced UI Lead Frontend Engineer with 10+ years of experience in frontend development, enterprise UI architecture and technical leadership. The successful candidate will design and deliver scalable, reusable and high-performance frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AWS and AI-assisted development tools. Essential Skills and Experience 10+ years of frontend/UI engineering experience. Expert knowledge of React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3. Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites), Core Components, editable templates and client libraries. Experience integrating frontend applications with AEM Headless, GraphQL and REST APIs. Proven expertise in frontend architecture, reusable components, design systems and performance optimisation. Hands-on experience with Claude AI / Claude Code for software development. Good understanding of AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git and automated testing.
