Key Responsibilities Assist tradespeople with void property refurbishments and repair works Support roofing teams with general roofing repairs and maintenance Clear, prepare and maintain properties and work areas Move materials, tools, and equipment safely around site Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and ready for occupation Follow health and safety procedures at all times Candidate Profile Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a manual, outdoor environment Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities A team player with a positive attitude Physically fit and capable of completing manual tasks Essential Requirements Full UK driving licence and own transport Previous experience within construction or labouring (essential) Due to face fit requirements, candidates must be clean shaven Interested?
