Our client are seeking an experienced Team Lead within their SIPP (Pensions) team - their aim is to maintain a high-quality administration service both in the Pension Accumulation and Decumulation phases, delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. SIPP staff must adhere to the FCA''s Consumer Duty requirements, which incorporates and is not limited to the fair treatment of customers and Conduct Risk. We are looking for an experienced and detail orientated Team Leader to join our SSAS and SIPP Administration team. What does a Team Leader do? The role of the Team Leader is to process all aspect of bespoke SIPP and SSAS administration, in a professional and team orientated manner while acting as technical support to the team, SIPP and SSAS clients and financial advisers.
