Housekeeper (experienced)
Rapid Personnel are recruiting for dedicated Housekeepers to join our client''s team based in Windsor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is essential. Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
