This is a genuinely hands-on Principal role - you''ll lead an engineering squad, shape architecture, make key technical decisions, mentor engineers and stay hands on engineering digital products. Required: 7-8+ years'' software engineering experience, with experience leading as a principal, staff level or tech lead. Strong system design and technical leadership Full-stack experience Key Technologies: Java/Spring Boot, React/TypeScript and React Native, Azure (AWS or GCP is fine), Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture. Production ownership and modern engineering practices. Experience using AI - integrated into the SDLC.
