TIG Welder Job ID: 32552 Permanent Base £37,500 - £40,000 per annum 7:30am 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am 1:30pm Friday Camberley A leading manufacturer are seeking the right individual to join their team as a TIG Welder working at their Camberley site carrying out TIG, and occasional MIG welding, of stainless steel and other sheet metal-based materials. Must have background. Proven background and experience in stainless steel TIG welding (coded will be advantageous) The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experienced using a variety of hand tools. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be well organised and communicative. Duties and Responsibilities: Performing TIG and MIG welding duties Ensuring produced fabrications meet rigorous and industry leading standards. Supporting production and quality teams with inspections Supporting the enhancement on process improvements and continuous improvements implementation Developing methods of manufacture Other/Benefits: Onsite parking Car maintenance scheme Profit Share Scheme paid 6 monthly (Mar and Sept). Whilst this is based on Company profit and is therefore not guaranteed, it is designed to pay approx. 3% of salary across a year.
