Perform formal annual appraisals Customer satisfaction ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction(retail/wholesale/foodservice/internet customers) are adhered to, ensuring orders are dispatched on time and in full (to the highest quality standards) Improve productivity - assess and improve workflows and output per operator Control costs minimise waste to ensure raw material costs per unit are as low as possible, whilst maintaining the highest quality standard
