Senior Operations Manager Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join a national FM and building services provider in Middlesex. You will play a vital part in facilitating Hard FM activities undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract with respect to planned/ reactive maintenance, minor project work and the Forward Capital Maintenance Programme requirements. This is a full time permanent role, paying up too £70,000 per annum in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and car allowance. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Operations Manager: Deliver high quality Hard FM services ensuring adding value, increased productivity, and cost efficiencies wherever possible. Responsible for the management of planned maintenance regimes. Manage resource requirements for the Hard FM services, including the provision of labour and materials. To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met. To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets, compliance with the Service Level Standards.
