Hours: 37.5 hrs a week, with an early finish Friday.

We are looking for a Laboratory Support to join our client''s team in Witney. This is an entry-level opportunity offering full training and excellent prospects for career development, with opportunity to quickly progress to Laboratory Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out laboratory testing in line with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct fluid analysis, including particle contamination, water content and fluid ageing tests.
• Perform component cleanliness testing to support product quality control.
• Record and maintain test results, reports and data.
• Liaise with customers regarding test results, reports and any technical queries.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised laboratory environment, including waste disposal.

About you:

• Essential - Science qualification (GCSE, A-Level, BTEC etc.)
• Essential - Scientific aptitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Good attention to detail
• Good IT skills using Excel
