This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children with diverse additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and wider pastoral teams to support pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and behavioural challenges. Every day will be different, and you will play a vital role in ensuring students feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and smallsupport to students with special educational needs across Key Stages 14. Implement individualised learning plans (ILPs) and strategies designed by the SENCO and teaching staff. Assist with modifying classroom activities and learning materials to ensure curriculum accessibility for all learners. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, particularly those with SEMH needs or anxiety around learning.
