MEP Pre-Construction ManagerPadstone require a sharp, commercially minded MEP Pre-Construction Manager to join a well known MandE clients London team.Manager to complete ownership of the MEP pre-construction phase for washroom packages. This is not a standard, generic fit-out role. You will specialise in high-density services, ensuring that complex public health drainage, hot/cold water distribution, specialise extract ventilation, Electrical services and smart lighting systems are perfectly coordinated, budgeted, and procured before site works commence.Key Responsibilities Washroom Design Coordination and BIM ReviewInterrogate layouts: Review architectural concepts to ensure MEP services can physically fit within tight ceiling voids, IPS panel cavities, and vanity units.
