Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telehandler on behalf of our client based in Witham, on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Telehandler on a busy yard, supporting the day-to-day operations by moving materials safely and efficiently. This is a yard-based role working as part of a small, friendly team. Roles and Responsibilities: Safely operate a Telehandler to move materials around the yard. Load and unload deliveries. Assist with general yard duties when required. Carry out daily equipment checks and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth yard operations. Experience, Education and Qualifications: Valid and in-date Telehandler licence (CPCS or NPORS). Previous experience operating a Telehandler in a yard or site environment. Strong awareness of health and safety procedures. Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Benefits: Pay rate: Up to 13.50 per hour (potentially negotiable depending on experience). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week on a day shift.
