Part II Architectural Assistant - Residential Team
Location: Fordingbridge
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

A well-established, design-led architectural practice in Fordingbridge is looking to add a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to its growing team.

The studio works across a range of sectors including residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. This role will sit within their residential team, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of schemes from early design through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting project teams across multiple RIBA stages

• Producing high-quality design and technical drawings

• Working collaboratively within the residential team on UK-based projects

• Assisting with planning applications and technical packages

Requirements:

• RIBA Part II qualified

• Strong experience using Revit in a professional setting

• Previous experience working on residential projects (UK experience preferred)

• Good understanding of UK planning and building regulations

• Strong communication and organisational skills
