About the Role As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring pupils experience a safe, enjoyable and well-managed lunchtime. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and school premisesEncouraging positive play, good behaviour and healthy social interactionSupporting children with organising activities and gamesEnsuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all timesManaging minor first aid incidents (training can be provided)Reporting concerns or behaviour issues to senior staff About You We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable and confident working with childrenAble to use initiative and promote positive behaviourReliable, punctual and committed to supporting the school communityPrevious experience in a school environment is beneficial but not essential If you are passionate about supporting children and would love to contribute to a positive lunchtime experience, we would love to hear from you!
