The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:

-             Carpentry

-             Plumbing

-             Plastering

-             Electrics

-             Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trade:

-             Experience in residential properties

-             Good social skills

-             Good customer service

-             Asbestos awareness certificate

-             DBS check

-             Drivers Licenses
