Berkeley Scott is looking for experienced Chef Managers to work across primary and secondary schools in the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled chefs who are passionate about providing healthy, high-quality meals to students in a safe and structured environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• 
  

  Managing and leading the school kitchen team

• 
  

  Planning and preparing nutritious meals for students and staff

• 
  

  Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Allergen regulations

• 
  

  Overseeing stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets

• 
  

  Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health andamp; safety

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Chef Manager or in a senior kitchen role

• 
  

  Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• 
  

  Level 2 Food Safety andamp; Food Allergy certificates (or willingness to obtain)

• 
  

  Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a school or education catering environment
