About the Role

GS3 Recruitment is seeking a proactive Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer in Altrincham to support consultants by sourcing and managing talent, with a clear pathway to a Consultant role. This role is suitable for individuals with experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service who are looking to develop a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to find and assess candidates.
• Candidate Management: Building talent pipelines, managing the recruitment process, and providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Administration & Coordination: Arranging interviews, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate CRM/compliance records.
• Collaboration: Partnering with consultants to meet client requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone/video interactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
