Sales Team Leader + 33k basic + upto 1150/ month commission + Permanent role + 25 days holiday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a successful and fast-paced sales team based in Battersea. This is a genuine people-management role, where you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of Sales Executives, whilst also playing an active role in the sales operation. We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing or leading a sales team. You''ll need to be confident managing performance, coaching people and having those more challenging conversations when required.
