Location: Leighton Buzzard Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 16:00 and Friday: 07:00 to 12:00 Key Responsibilities: As a Machine Operator, your day-to-day tasks will include: Adhering to all health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. Demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and excellence in your work. Running batches on CNC machines, including milling, turning, and 5-axis operations. Performing part identification to ensure the traceability of all components and assembled parts. Documenting work processes to support production schedules efficiently. Using computer systems to record completed work accurately. Packaging finished goods in compliance with industry standards for various transport methods. Contributing to the achievement of business delivery and quality targets. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
