You will have the ability to make and justify decisions with regard to enforcement duties, with the ability to work in a team and independently using own initiative. This role involves a considerable amount of walking, so a high level of fitness is required to perform this role. You will need to be able to work shift patterns with flexibility to do additional/alternative shifts (with reasonable notice) to cover operational requirements.The details (not all but including) Issue penalties to vehicles in an offence position, utilising any technology provided Complete penalties accurately ensuring error rates are minimisedComply with all audit requirements when issuing penalties.Demonstrate high levels of customer service.Assist with the locking/unlocking of car parks and buildings as necessary and to assist with the operations of any car park.Assist with the minor maintenance of car park premises and equipment.
