Shape the financial future of GreenSquareAccord We re looking for an exceptional Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury to lead GreenSquareAccord s corporate finance strategy, treasury management and long-term financial planning. You ll play a key role in ensuring GSA has the financial strength, resilience and capacity to deliver our corporate plan and Simpler, Stronger, Better strategy. Working closely with the Executive Team, Board and Committees, you ll provide strategic insight and challenge on funding, investment decisions, financial performance and emerging risks, helping ensure we can continue to invest in our homes, services and communities. You ll work collaboratively with senior leaders across Finance and the wider organisation, as well as funders, investors, regulators and external advisers. What You ll Do: Lead the development and delivery of our financial strategy, business planning and long-term financial modelling Develop and deliver our Treasury Strategy, overseeing borrowing, refinancing, securitisation, liquidity and interest rate risk Provide strategic advice on funding, capital structure, financial resilience and investment decisions Lead financial planning, forecasting, scenario planning and stress testing to support sustainable decision-making Oversee investment appraisal and financial modelling for development, regeneration, asset management and commercial investment Provide financial insight, constructive challenge and assurance to the Executive ..... full job details .....
