MandE Contracts Manager £80,000-£90,000 + Travel + Bonus London and Essex Projects up to £10m We are seeking a driven and ambitious MandE Contracts Manager to join a thriving projects division, delivering a diverse range of design and build schemes including new-build student accommodation, care homes, residential developments, and commercial projects - typically valued between £5m-£10m. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business set to double in size, with a clear route to progress into Operations Manager within the next 12 months. The Role Oversee delivery of four concurrent projects from Stage 3 design through to completion Manage design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of MandE works Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical teams, whether directly or via subcontractors Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team Ensure quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved Drive best practice in health and safety and compliance Requirements Background in mechanical or electrical building services Proven track record managing multiple DandB projects from Stage 3 onwards Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills Ability to work across varied sectors and adapt to different project needs Hunger and ambition to progress into a senior leadership role What''s on Offer Salary: £80,000-£90,000 + Travel Expenses Opportunity to take a key role in an ambitious, expanding business G
