Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Skelmersdale
Type: Temporary cover from 23.04.26 to 01.05.26
Pay: -20.00 ph PAYE or -25ph UMB
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to provide building services maintenance to a large scale site.

Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
Completing building services / electrical maintenance
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
BMS operation
General HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to client requests, providing a professional and timely service
Compliance checks and associated documentation

Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3
18th edition
Ideally JIB Gold card (but not essential)
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
