The Role

We are expanding our Barnsley based-team and are looking to recruit an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to be part of an exciting desk. We offer 20% commission on all billings over -3000 p/month.

The consultant will be responsible for day to day tasks that include, recruiting and interviewing candidates, consulting with schools and colleges-with clients and candidates to understand their needs and match candidates to the appropriate job opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in an education recruitment role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education sector
• Highly driven
