This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced individual who is confident in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.Day-to-day of the role:Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.Draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.Conduct searches, prepare reports on title, and deal with Land Registry applications.Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm''s case management system.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years'' experience in residential conveyancing.Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.Excellent communication and client care skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Supportive and collaborative work
