Financial Planning and Reporting Manager needed in Hull Paying £33.44 per hr ref Full time hours on a temporary basis Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership and Strategy Lead the development and delivery of the organisation''s financial planning and reporting framework. Support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of medium and long-term financial strategies. Provide strategic financial advice and challenge to senior management, directors and key stakeholders. Ensure effective financial governance, control and stewardship across the organisation. Monitor legislative, regulatory and sector developments, assessing their financial and operational impact. Budgeting and Financial Management Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Oversee the production of operating and capital budgets, forecasts and financial performance reports. Ensure robust financial planning arrangements support organisational objectives and business priorities. Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing appropriate mitigation and improvement strategies. Financial Reporting and Statutory Accounts Lead the preparation, review and delivery of annual financial statements and statutory reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP and all relevant regulatory, statutory and governance requirements.
