Provide psychological advice, consultancy, and support to school staff and others as a key member of a multidisciplinary team to enable children and young people to achieve good outcomes at the SEN Support stage. Deliver efficient and professional psychological services as directed by the Principal Educational Psychologist, adhering to legislation, Council, and Educational Psychology Service policies. Offer information and advice on the developmental and learning needs of children and young people referred to the service, and on effective provision to meet these needs. Contribute to projects/tasks that enhance the authority s service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on time allocation to work areas and service delivery effectiveness to develop and achieve appropriate service standards.
