Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced Temporary Legal Secretary to support the 2 solicitors in a high street law firm based in the Jewellery Quarter.

Secretarial support will mainly be required across Family, Criminal and Personal Injury matters.

A Temporary Legal Secretary will be required (But not limited) to:

• Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages.
• Speaking to clients
• Arranging appointments and meetings
• Typing letters, emails and documents dictated by a solicitor.
• Formatting and reviewing documents
• Opening, updating and organising client files.
• Scanning, photocopying, saving and filing documents

A Temporary Legal Secretary will need experience in:

• Past experience supporting a Solicitor directly is essential
• Experience typing up documents, letters and emails
• Strong MS Office skills
• Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with clients
• Knowledge of Case Management Systems
