Key Responsibilities Support customers and consultants with lighting controls enquiries Assist with project quotations and basic system designs Attend customer and consultant meetings (independently or with senior colleagues) Help prepare technical presentations and CPD materials Support the handover process from sales to project delivery Maintain accurate CRM records Travel nationally as required Skills and Experience Basic understanding of lighting controls (DALI knowledge preferred) Exposure to lighting, electrical, BMS, or building services environments Strong communication and organisational skills Professional and customer-focused app
